Speed of your website

Echoing many other customers of yours, your website is often slow as molasses. And it appears that you have done nothing to improve speed over time. Instead of just asking for feedback, how about acting on it?

Hello @AndrewK645 ,

We showed no server downtime or other reports of la around the time you made the post. Please try performing some basic connectivity troubleshooting to narrow down what the source of your lag issues accessing our site may be coming from. Please keep in mind that when I say "connectivity," I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a large number of different elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis.

If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number so they can continue troubleshooting with you live. If possible, please have a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section, ready for the phone agent.
