Starting over

Maybe this is an old or redundant question, but here goes.  Say I want to send out an email greeting to all my email leads and ask for them to update all their contact information for me, (company name, title, numbers, emails, etc.) Is there a template I could create or that already exists for them to fill out specific information for me?

Great question! We do not have a template specifically requesting that contacts update their information, but in all templates, there is an Update Profile link in the footer. I would just direct contacts in the body of your email to the footer to click on that link. Before you do that, I do recommend checking the Update Profile Form to make sure it is collecting the information you want it to collect.
