We are unable to view any statistics for traffic to our website. Please check this and advise us of why this is so. Thank you

Hello @AwakenedHeart ,

 

When I view the Website & Store tab of your account, I see the basic stat report right away. When I click View Insights for your site, it shows the reporting info regarding your website. Which one of these functions doesn't seem to be working? Have you had a chance to reach out to the Website Builder's support team for direct assistance?
