If the contacts still have access to the links in an email or some other communication you've shared with them, then they could still potentially access said links. Similarly, if the links have been posted outside of emails (e.g. shared on social media, posted to a website, etc.), then the links would also be potentially searchable depending on the search criteria entered into a search enginge like Google, Bing, etc.
If you're needing links broken in an account, I'd recommend calling into our phone support line, and seeing if you can put in a request to have the links broken. You can also email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username and request, and we can reach out to the higher level technical team as well. For the quickest response, it'd probably be best to call in.
