Hello @BarryM148 ,

 

It looks like your account might be on a newer setup for the template picker, which doesn't have the automated PDF to Email option available at this time. The best workaround in the meantime would be to utilize a "blank" or "basic" template to upload and insert your PDF, and arrange the email for sending.
