I received an email from you regarding a change in our plan. In that email you state

Image and document storage are now at 1GB

 

When I go online to check our plan, it says storage is unlimited.

 

Which is it?

Hi @FirstNameL002115 ,


I certainly apologize about the confusion. The "Unlimited" on the Plans & Pricing page actually refers to your storage on your website, not through your Constant Contact account. To increase your storage space, you would either want to delete some images or documents, or upgrade your plan to increase your storage to 2 mb.
