So it looks like there was an issue regarding the SMS provider for new registrants that attempted to register between Sept 28-30, but has since been resolved. The higher level technical team sent out emails regarding this.
Have you attempted to re-register since? We weren't able to reset the registration on the account through our admin system since it doesn't look like there's been any attempts at registering since that Sept 30 reset (at least according to the admin system). If you have tried re-registering, please call our general support so they can do some live troubleshooting, or submit a case to the higher level technical team for a follow-up. Once that's setup, I'd advise requesting a transfer to Billing, or calling Billing directly to discuss the SMS charges you've already had on the account.
