It has become increasingly hard to post an email on Sunday nights.. Tonight, the process failed miserably. I have been a customer for over a decade sending out emails every Sunday night. Tonight I literally wasted hours due to website problems on your end. I tried different networks, different browsers before I came to that conclusion. Tonight is the first time in a decade that I missed my posting schedule. Very frustrated.
I apologize you’ve had this experience with your email campaign! I can understand how important it is to easily work in your account. We have seen users receive this oops message when trying to edit or save their email campaign. What is your Internet Service Provider? This experience is something we are continuing to troubleshoot. In these cases we have seen the error message go away after recreating their email in a new template. Do you still receive this oops message after recreating your email? In the meantime we have tracked this experience in your account and added you to our queue to be notified when it is resolved.
