Hi, My account is still under review, I talked last month with your support to cancel my account. Support person name Keith, whom I talked with. You again charge my credit card this month. I tried to call again today to cancel my account, someone from your support again put my call on hold. I am still trying to call but your support not picking it up & I am tired now. You still charging my credit card. Please help me & tell your support to call me because I will call next to credit card company to stop this . Hope to hear from you soon because I like to resolve this issue. Thanks

@Caitlin_M WOW! After 2 months someone is telling me that i have to correct my account under review issue first. Caitlin, as per my previous message I told you that none of your support picking my call, if they pick they put on hold. So, I like your team to call me because I also told one of your person on chat to tell billing team to call me & she created a ticket also.

@Caitlin_M They didn't call just deactivated my account. Who will give me a refund of the last 2 payment?
