Hi there, if I have an excel file of 200+ people already registered for an event (on a different system), how can I suppress those names from receiving a promotional email? TIA, I'm new to CC. 🙂

I recommend uploading your file of registrants into a list in your Constant Contact account and title it something like Event Name - Registrants.
On the last step of the import process you can add a tag. Call the tag something similar ex: Event Name - Registrants.
