My company sells custom pieces of industrial equipment. I would like a customer survey to be sent to there purchasing department as well as the person who requested a quote.
Ideally, an invoice would be sent through Outlook with code in the body. When the email is opened, it would trigger a survey email to be sent to the recipient 2 weeks after they email is opened.
Is this possible? I would like to make it so my accounting department does not need to open the Constant Contact portal. I will manage the set up and the responses.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Have you tried using one of our automated series campaigns? Through one of these series you can trigger an email to contacts that have opted in when they are first added into your account. You can then schedule a second email in the series to send two weeks after the first email was sent. You can even include dynamic links in these emails or even through contact details so invoices can be sent to the correct contacts.
