Survey I sent not received by anyone

I designed a survey & called customer support to make sure that I was getting it sent correctly.

Back office says it was sent.

No one has received the email. I had two of my email addresses on the group list of contacts to verify the email is sent and I did not receive  it either.

Please advise!
