Survey Reporting

Is there a way to setup no answer/no experience to be a value of zero? When looking at the results created by Constant Contact all scales showing average response take in to account the  number of no answer/no experience. This is skewing results and showing lower average rating scores than are actual.

Re: Survey Reporting

Hi @MichelleK353,

We're sorry for any confusion with your survey results and we're happy to take a look at what's going on. Please send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com along with your username, the name of the survey, specifically where you're seeing skewed results, and a reference to this post so we can follow-up. Thanks!
