Where did all my individual responses go? 

When I first logged on all the individual responses were listed with their email addresses.

Now all are gone except the anonymous response.

I need to view and export individual responses.

I tried refreshing and it did not work.

Hello @ChristineC780 ,

I went into our administrative system and did a "recalculation" of the survey results for the survey that just closed today, as well as all the surveys that are still live. Go ahead and check out the survey that you were seeing this issue in, and let us know if it was resolved with the recalculation or if it persists.
