I apologize you've had this experience with your account. I can see you also reached out to our Twitter Support about this as well. Though we have responded through Twitter, I wanted to make sure our response was shared here in the Community too. Your experience seems to suggest that it might be the link you are sharing. Can you please provide the link you've been using? If the initial link is pasted into the URL bar on a browser and then re-copied and shared again, that could be what is causing the issue. The potential respondents should each have the same, initial shared URL. For example, it should end in /start and not /questions.
