Why after I created a survey are they all coming back anonymous? We'd like to reach out to unsatisfied customers...how should we set up our survey in order to do that?
Thanks for reaching out to us on this one. With the Survey tool, in order to make sure that the responses are all connected to a contact, you need to make sure that you are sending it out to your contacts by using the Create Survey Invite option. Alternatively, you can select the More drop down menu on the right hand side of your Campaigns tab and select "Send Invite" from there. Inserting the survey link is a great tool for adding it in to other emails or for hosting it on a website, but when using the link, it doesn't have a way to directly link who the survey was specifically sent to.
