Survey process switches from https to http

We have surveys embedded in our site's WordPress pages, and they were working well. We just changed to all content on SSL for the site, and now they are broken. Browsers won't load mixed content, as they should not. Changing the survey URLs to https does not suffice however.

 

Embedding the "start" URL as https, the process redirects to a "greeting" and/or "questions" URL, which is http. I see that the "questions" URL works, and will STAY https... but then when the survey is submitted, the conclusion URL snaps back to http and fails.

 

We need to have CC maintain the protocol end-to-end.

Hello @NancyH71479. Thanks for coming into the Community! I checked with our upper level of support and they were able to confirm that since we use an HTTP protocol, we are not able to keep the URL as https. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you but it is something we are collecting feedback on and I will certainly submit yours over the appropriate department.
