EDIT: As of January 14, 2022, survey results now have a PDF-download option, which allows you to download the visual graphs of your survey results. The CSV options will provide the text and detailed responses info still.
Hello @INS1.org ,
Our engineers are still working on ways to improve the reporting formatting to be more easily readable / translatable, akin to the old legacy format. Your account has been marked as interested, and they'll notify you directly on any future developments regarding the survey reporting.
In the meantime, the best workarounds will require some degree of manipulation. Since the results export as a CSV file, you can sort a specific column so that it'll update the orders of the others respectively. For example, you can sort by first name or last name to see each individual's response to a question. You can sort by question so that you see all the different responses for that question lined up. From there it's just a matter of spreading out the width of the columns / formatting them to show all their data, rather than squishing everything up.
Our team has also had success when setting up pivot tables in Excel and other spreadsheet programs with similar functionality. Microsoft has an article on creating pivot tables in Excel, if you'd like to check out that setup.
