My survey is telling people they have already taken it, when they have not. It is also supposed to be able to be taken from the same computer multiple times so this shouldn't be an issue at all.


Hi @OnB. We can certainly take a look to see what happened. Was the link copied using the Share URL located in Constant Contact or was it copy/pasted from the address bar when viewing the entire survey? In order for responses to be recorded correctly, you must use the Share URL. Using any other link will not record responses.
