I am wanting to send a Survey.

I have seen instructions and received links for surveys in Constant Contact.

Now I responded to a survey that was attached at the end of a CC webinar today.

This survey was from SurveyMonkey.

Now I am confused.

Do I use SurveyMonkey???

Do I follow the instructions in CC - and IF I do, is there an additional charge?

Hi Jill! We do have an integration with SurveyMonkey so if you do want to use that for your survey, you certainly can. However, as you mentioned, you can also follow the instructions you've already seen to create a survey using our tool within Constant Contact. Either way, both of these options are available under the Email Plus plan.
