We plan to post a QR code to our survey after each film at our festival.
I want to be sure that people will be able to enter survey results as many times as there are films to watch and will not be resteicted by having answered previously.
or
Will they see the same survey and be able to add to their previous answers?
TY
Hello @HKJFF ,
If a contact has already submitted a survey (e.g. they access the survey link via an email sent through us), they won't be able to submit multiple responses. Accessing the link from outside of an email made through us (e.g. an email from another source, on social media, a website, etc.) won't track who is responding, but will allow for multiple responses.
In this regard, it'd be better to setup a single survey per movie, and send those out in either an individual email per survey, or altogether in a single email, with each link clearly marked for which movie they're for.
Can't do that there are over 20 movies - and would mean that a new QR code would have to be displayed as a tented printed QR code on the 'after table' after each film - or at least after each day - Sundays have 5 films. Will be hard to keep them in order to scan as they will all look alike and who knows what the volunteers will understand. Soooo what you are saying is " best not to use your link"?
Did it your way - Thank you!
Daily wouldn't have worked either, as if they clicked on the code for the first film in the morning, they couldn't have gotten to vote on the rest!
Glad to hear it @HKJFF! Thanks for letting us know. Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
