Thank you for reaching out. If you are not using the account currently but would like to still have access to your campaigns, I recommend our Suspend policy. Suspending an account will allow you full access to the account with the exception of not being able to send an email. While we don't have an option for customers to stop paying and still have access to accounts, suspending an account will allow you to pay a smaller monthly fee. If you would like to suspend your account, you can call our Billing team at the numbers listed on our Contact Us page. The Billing team is open Monday through Friday, from 7am-9pm EST.
In order to suspend your account, we do ask that you call into our Billing department. Their phone numbers can be found on our Contact Us page, and they are open Monday through Friday from 7AM-9PM EST. The account will be open and billable until then.

Suspending an account will allow you full access to the account, emails, contacts, etc. The only thing you cannot do, is send out an email until you take your account off of Suspend. I would like to suspend my account and considering I'm an international user it's hard to keep a track of time for calling. Can you please guide me further on how to go about it? I would also like to know the monthly fee you guys charge for suspension before making any further progress.
