Suspended Bounce

Hi,

 

I have a contact that is showing as suspended bounce. The email address is valid and I'm able to use it on other mail applications like Outlook without issue. I've tried to delete and re-add the contact but it shows it as edited and not a brand new contact.  How can I fix this?
