Suspended Bounces


Suspended Bounces

I have three emails that continue to go into "Suspended Bounce" category . I have emailed them through Outlook, and they are working emails.  Is there a way to remove the "suspended" status off of these emails so that I can send emails via Constant Contact?

That's a great question! Email addresses get marked as Suspended after bouncing repeatedly as Non-existent. So thank you for checking these contacts are in fact correct. This is always the first step we suggest. If you can please give a call in to our Support department we can also help to reset the addresses.
