I have three e-mail addresses that have been coming back as Suspended when mailing out campaigns. Their e-mail addresses are correct and they wish to receive the information. What do I need to do to fix this?
Hello @RickH0275. Our Deliverability department would be best to speak with about these suspended contacts. Please note that even though they may be able to lift the suspension, there is a possibility that the contacts may bounce as suspended again. To prevent this from happening, we suggest having your contacts whitelist Constant Contact in their security program.
