I have quite a few customers who do not receive my emails because CC has their e-mail addresses marked as suspended. This customer even resubscribed in January and he got suspended again!! Im afraid we are going to have to look at other vendors as there appears to be no solutions available to this.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I apologize that the contacts seem to be dropping back into a suspended status once corrected.
