To make sure you're assisted I've gone ahead and submitted your suspension request to the Billing team. They should be responding within the next 1-2 business days, as soon as they have an update. For a quicker response, you may still wish to call in.

requiero de un asesor para que me explique por que mi pago mensual es alto en costo sino llego ni a los 10000 suscriptores. Necesito ayuda con sus sistema. Gracias Roberto Palomino

Hola @robertop08618 , si necesita hablar con Facturación, le sugiero que llame a uno de los números que figuran aquí. Si no puede llamar, puede solicitar que se nos envíe un boleto con un plazo de respuesta de 1-2 días hábiles.
