With over 700 suspends, how do I know which ones will be re-sent in 14 days and how many I should just go ahead and delete? (I watched the video and this was not addressed)

Suspends can occur when you or other customers of ours attempt to send to an address and it bounces as non-existent enough. In all honesty, if our system is marking a contact as suspended, it'd be best to get rid of it regardless.
