Syncing Constant Contact account & Mindbody

My Mindbody contact email and log-in are not being accepted. Your prompt says they are incorrect. They are not incorrect. I do not want to reset my password or email. Why is this happening?

We're sorry to hear you've experienced some trouble getting Mindbody connected to your account. Could you please provide some screenshots or the explicit wording of the error message you're receiving? Additionally, are you trying to connect this singular Mindbody account to multiple Constant Contact accounts, or just one-to-one? Are you the account owner for both the accounts trying to be connected?
