Lately when using CC I am experiencing many issues like getting stuck and prblems from moving to one page to another. This seemed to happen after you recently changed your layout.

Hello @AndyF21. I'm very sorry that you're experiencing issues when using your Constant Contact account. We have a few troubleshooting tips that can help with your connectivity. Try refreshing your browser by closing and reopening it. Also, if you happen to have any third-party plugins, some can interfere with connectivity when you are working within your account. To see if this is the case, open your Constant Contact account using either a private or incognito window (this will depend on what browser you are using). If your account seems to work properly using the private or incognito window, we recommend this FAQ that will help you find what plugin could be causing your account to load slowly. We also can suggest running a speedtest for your preferred browser. Constant Contact works best with an upload and download speed of at least 2mbs.
