System down

Not a good situation - nothing is working in the system. "We're sorry but something went wrong" message keeps popping up. I waited for almost 2 hours a few days ago to get to support and finally hung up. I emailed support 5 days ago and have not received an email response yet. And when selecting chat, nothing happens. How long is customer service going to ignore that there are issues and clients need help?

Can you elaborate at all on what's occurring in your account? I've had no issues working in my own account or troubleshooting in others'. Does performing any basic connectivity troubleshooting alleviate the issue for you, or help narrow down which browsers, extensions, or other elements are causing the issues for you?

Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis. The most common culprits are typically incompatible browser extensions, problematic caching or cookies that need to be cleared, or interference from an ad/pop-up blocker, VPN, or other security software erroneously trying to block elements from our site from functioning as intended. Temporarily disabling these tools, and then refreshing our site can help narrow down the source of the issues. Testing to see if the issue occurs on other browsers, in Incognito/Private mode, on other devices, or even other networks can also help narrow down the source of the problem.

OK so this is STILL happening EVERY SINGLE TIME when I am logged in and working on a client's campaign. Right now I'm totally screwed as I can't get into the campaigns for updates that are supposed to launch in the am. It's getting very frustrating and if we can't get it fixed, I'll move on to a platform that works.

I apologize that you are still having this experience! I do recommend switching browsers to being troubleshooting, as you may have an extension that is blocking our website.
