Continually have issues with Constant Contact bogging down and taking forever to update, save and attempt to save campaigns. I see on the status page that everything is up and running but the speed of the service is horrible and trust me it's not my internet speed. I will be moving on soon. This and many other issues like more limited support will be pushing me away after many years with CC.
Hi @ptinhtown1, sorry to hear that you are running into some connectivity issues when trying to access the site. Would you be able to go through some basic connectivity troubleshooting? If none of those alleviate the issues, could you please provide a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section? Once we have that we can do some more advanced troubleshooting as needed. Is there anything specific I could provide resources on regarding the software or product?
