Several attempts to send a test (and full) email of a draft newsletter failed—despite CC TELLING me in an email that it WAS sent. Plus, the phone number of my "expert" was a non-working number. Not exactly a good way to start a relationship.

Have you checked your Spam/Junk Folder or even your Promotions Folder if you are using a Gmail address? I took a peek at your account and was able to receive test emails of your two most recent campaigns. Are you sending to a role address? Are you having this same experience if you send a test to a different email?
