I do not see any templates when I click "create" and then "email"

When I click Create, then Email, I am not directed to the Templates option.  how do I find the templates?

Your options are likely limited due to your current partner setup, especially if it's a managed account that the partner has some or full control over. If you have additional questions, I'd advise reaching out to our partner team through phone or by emailing them at partnersupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com. Otherwise, I'd advise reaching out to the partner that manages your account to see if there's additional options they can grant you.
