Terrible Service

You guys automatically upgraded my account without my approval and charge $125. Waited 1/2 for phone support and you hung up (twice). I downgraded the plan online and you then charged another $65 after just charging me $125 the same day. After 7-9 years with Constant Contact, I am fed up and discontinuing service.

I do certainly apologize for the experience - it sounds like something our billing team should be able to sort out for you. If you'd like, I can set up a call back from them to the primary number on file for your Constant Contact account.

 

If you did want to proceed with the cancellation, we'd be very sorry to see you go, but want to make sure you're assisted and will get that submitted for you. Please let me know which direction you'd like to go.
