Test Email not sending

I am having some trouble with receiving my test emails. The problem started when I turned on the Constant Contact Authentication. After I turned it back off, I was able to get a test email to send. But I was not able to get an email to send while I had the authentication on.


Yes, I did check my spam folder.

Thank you for reaching out to us! When using our authentication feature are you specifically turning on Self Authentication?


If yes, this will prevent you from sending emails for up to 24 hours while authenticating which would make sense of why your test sends were not received during that time self authentication was turned on!


If you decide to turn self authentication back, typically we recommend you wait that full time frame before sending out emails. If after those 24 hours the issue still persists you may want to contact our account review team for further troubleshooting of what may be going on here.
