I was able to send a test email of my first campaign to both my organization and my personal email addresses. Now my second campaign will only send to my personal email address (gmail). Could you please tell me why this did work with my org email, but suddenly doesn't work anymore? Thank you!

Have you checked the org's spam folder, or checked its settings to see if there'd be anything that'd be causing spam filtering? I'd recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team to see if they have any specialized insight regarding the test email and your organization.
