Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your emails! I can understand how important it is for these campaigns to deliver directly to your inbox. Are you also not seeing this email in your spam/junk folder? Both tests I have sent myself of these two most recent campaigns landed in my spam inbox. We have seen cases where emails cannot be delivered due to its content or even the subject line. Are you able to receive your email with an altered subject line? We also have deliverability specialists available by phone who can help take a closer look at these email campaigns.
I am having the same issue. I have sent multiple test emails to 3 different accounts and none of the test emails have been delivered. very frustrating.

Are they showing up in the junk/spam folders or the promotions tab (if you're using gmail)? Test emails lack some of the authentication that goes along with true email sendouts. If not, I would recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team so they can do a secure, deeper dig into what might be happening with your test emails.
