Text to join not working

Seems as though your text to join page isn't working. The footer is not located at the bottom and it is not allowing the feature to be used.

I'm very sorry our Text to Sign up feature seems to not be working. We have had a few issues with Text to Sign up recently that have not be resolved. However, it sounds as though you may be experiencing some connectivity issues leading to Text to Sign up not functioning properly. Have you tried accessing the site in another browser? If you have, and it's still not working, let us know and we can troubleshoot further. Also, this FAQ/Tutorial may help troubleshoot connectivity issues.

My text to join the list isn't working.

When I add an email to the list it tells me the email isn't valid when I know the email address is absolutely valid.

I'd like to look into this for you. Would you email social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the email address you're trying to add, your username, and a reference to this post? 

 

Any chance you tried adding another email address and it was successful or not? Thank you!
