Hi,

Can one text from CC without asking the customer for permission to accept the text?  If so, how?  I see something about using EZ text.  Thank you

Hi @KodiB0. While we do not provide our own in-house texting service, there is an integration through a third-party called EZ Texting. This integration allows you to have new contacts easily join your list and group texts and direct messages to your lists if they have provided their contact information. We can assist with setting up the integration but all support must go through them.
