What am I doing wrong in the text to sign up for the newsletter email section? It works but it does not respond with the thank you message?? Love this feature but would love to thank them for signing up as well. Thank you for your great customer service and trainings. I am loving this program so far.

Are you still experiencing the issue with the thank you message not coming through? I just tested in your account, and I got the thank you text to come through right away on my cell phone. Were there any delays in the email you submitted showing in your contacts, or were you experiencing any issues with other texts coming through, data coverage / connection, or severe storms in your area at the time of this post?
