The permanent URL for a campaign looks different than the campaign email

When we visit the permanent URL of our campaign, it includes this at the top.

How do we edit this? It is not in our campaign email. It only shows up at the campaign link.

Hello @cmcmillan ,

 

At this time the top bar in the webpage version cannot be edited. You can edit the form that shows up by going to Sign up Forms > Basic Landing Pages > Sign Up Form
