Hi @BillM2295 we have seen cases where there may be multiple responses from the same user through a RSVP block or even a poll block. What device or email client was this contact using? Because this is something we are still continuing to troubleshoot we do not have a current time estimate of when this will be resolved. Instead we suggest to ignore any responses that all show at the same time. I apologize for any inconvenience this workaround may cause.
Hi! Can you pass along any updates concerning the issue where an email recipient appears to have selected all the options in a poll? I included a poll for the first time in a recent email campaign, and the poll results are very unreliable because so many people appear to have chosen all the options. I suspect the same thing may be happening that I see with "link clicks," where an email platform scans the incoming email for malicious links and this shows up as a CTR for every link, for that recipient. Any thoughts or advice?
If you're seeing that, and all the options were selected within the same time interval, then it means that contact is running a security program that "clicks" links to check for malware. Unfortunately at this time the only workaround is to ignore / remove that contact's responses.
