The resent email included a different subject line from the original email sent.

Hi !

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! When you set up Resend to Non Openers, it does give you the opportunity to change the subject line, and it also adds "Reminder:" to the beginning of the subject line.

If you did not change the subject line, or if the resend was set up a different way we will need additional information to help diagnose the issue:

  • What is the name of the campaign?
  • How was the resend set up?
  • What was the original subject line?
  • What was the subject line changed to during resend?

Please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com or give our Support team a call for on the spot troubleshooting.
