we have an employee with a company email on our domain. Somehow he got suspended. If I unsuspend him and it doesn't work, will we not be able to use his company email again?

Hi !

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! When you unsuspend an email address and send to it again, it will either be "fixed" and not bounce again, or it will bounce as non-existent. If it does bounce again you may want to double check for typos, or use an alternate address. For internal work emails you may want to take the extra steps of safelisting to help your Constant Contact emails get through your company security.
