Video blocks don't play within emails, as they're simply linked not embedded in. This is done as a way to mitigate spam filtering - ensuring deliverability, higher open rates, and better sending reputations overall. Many email clients also do not let videos play directly within them, unless they're hosted directly within the cloud services owned by those email clients (e.g. Emails sent through Gmail to other Gmail accounts, with the video hosted in Google Drive).
If the video block you have inserted is redirecting to an entirely different video, make sure you have the correct link inserted.
