The video in my marketing on completion throws the viewer out of my marketing email.

I discovered just prior to launching my campaign that Viewers will get thrown out of my marketing campaign when they watch my video and trigger some other video having nothing to do with my 'product."

Essentially, I lose them immediately -  this obviates the objectives of the marketing campaign created.

Let me know if this serious problem can be resolved ASAP. - as I was going to launch 4 10 21 -in which case I would then need to cancel.

Hello @FirstNameL19853 ,

Video blocks don't play within emails, as they're simply linked not embedded in. This is done as a way to mitigate spam filtering - ensuring deliverability, higher open rates, and better sending reputations overall. Many email clients also do not let videos play directly within them, unless they're hosted directly within the cloud services owned by those email clients (e.g. Emails sent through Gmail to other Gmail accounts, with the video hosted in Google Drive).

If the video block you have inserted is redirecting to an entirely different video, make sure you have the correct link inserted.
