It appears I can not do it myself, I have to call you for some reason.
Why there is no options of suspention/canceling the account? Why it has to be so complicated?
If you do suspension/cancellation via calls, PLEASE make someone real sit on the phone, not a robot who cannot identify the voice or digits I'm saying!
