There is NO place to cancel

I had to take time the other day and call and I was "promised" an email expressing that I would receive a 6 month credit....NO EMAIL & THERE IS NO WHERE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE. THERE IS NO WHERE TO DELETE THE CREDIT CARD. I AM NOT ADDING ANOTHER CARD EITHER. PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT , THANK YOU!

Our Billing team sent an email to the account's primary email address on Oct 7th, confirming the credit to your account. You can also see this reflected in your current account balance via the My Account page


If you need us to resend the confirmation email just let us know. If you wish to still cancel despite the Billing team giving you the credit, just let us know and we can submit a case, or you can call them directly.
