Our Billing team sent an email to the account's primary email address on Oct 7th, confirming the credit to your account. You can also see this reflected in your current account balance via the My Account page.
If you need us to resend the confirmation email just let us know. If you wish to still cancel despite the Billing team giving you the credit, just let us know and we can submit a case, or you can call them directly.
