Should I really have to make a copy of my "Welcome Email" to edit it?
I just got a new contact and I have to create another copy of the welcome email just to edit in their name and send it to them.
So that means I'll have to make a copy every time I get a new email lead?
I love Constant Contact because it was able to help me be efficient and streamline my email marketing process.

Have you considered setting up your automated welcome email with a Greeting Tag? That way when it automatically triggers off of a sign up form addition, it will already include the contact's name. You can do a similar function with Subject Line Personalization as well.
You can also do this with a regular email type as well, and simply do a Quicksend of the email to that contact.
